Please read and accept the following terms and conditions of our in-home installation process:
Before your appointment
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, otherwise a
cancellation fee may apply.
In the days leading up to your appointment, a technician will pre-install a cable between
the telephone pole and an exterior box on the side of your home. Existing utility lines will
be followed whenever possible. You do not need to be present for this pre-installation.
An adult age 18 or older must be physically present for the duration of the
appointment. If you
are not home at your appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled.
The technician will install a cable between the exterior box and your desired location for
your Wi-Fi router.
This cable will be installed along an outside wall, inside a basement, or through a
crawlspace at the technician's discretion.
If you choose to bring your own Wi-Fi router, the techician will help you set it up only if
time
allows.
The technician may help you set up additional items like streaming devices only if time
allows.
The technician will do their best to arrive at your appointment time, but they may arrive
slightly early or late. They will always call you prior to their arrival.
After your appointment
Your ISP will contact you within 1-2 business days after your appointment to set up your
billing account and set up any additional services, like streaming TV.
